Caltech Engineering Company Private Limited was incorporated in the year 1988, and since then we have become a well-recognized name in the field of manufacturing complex products and providing high-end solutions for the aerospace, navy, and related industries.
We are based in the Patancheru Industrial Area (TSIIC-IALA), a major industrial hub of Telangana.
We are well equipped with high-end CNC lathe and CNC milling machines to cater to the most complex engineering designs and works. Our machinery also includes conventional lathe machines, milling machines, surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and presses (hydraulic as well as manual) to manufacture components used in sophisticated, high-end, high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
We also have sets of hydraulic power packs delivering pressures up to 160 bar for flow rates ranging from 0–210 LPM.
We are equipped with high-pressure pneumatic boosters to test 400 bar equipment such as valves and reducers, high-capacity weighing machines, and a permanent piping setup to test hydraulic and pneumatic systems, along with a bank of 400 bar high-pressure air bottles used onboard Indian Navy submarines for testing high-pressure air equipment.
We employ about 60 mechanical and technical personnel. Our highly skilled, dedicated, and well-trained staff is well versed in the field of designing and manufacturing components using the latest technology.
We maintain the strictest quality control measures to adhere to accepted standards. Regular checks and tests are carried out at every stage of manufacturing on the factory floor. The manufacturing and assembly levels are closely monitored to ensure customer requirements are met. All assemblies are performed in a controlled atmosphere.
