The company has about 15,000 sq. ft. of RCC covered area in Patancheru, the industrial hub of Telangana State.
The unit is well equipped with the latest machinery, which includes 10 conventional lathe machines, 2 milling machines, 4 CNC lathe machines, 5 CNC milling machines (4-axis and 3-axis), surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, rotary drilling machines, a 1300-bar booster pump (for hydraulic testing of components), and a 400-bar booster pump (for high-pressure pneumatic testing of components).
A complete set of sophisticated metrological instruments is available, along with advanced test rigs for checking dimensional conformity and functional reliability of the products.
Our testing equipment includes a hydraulic power pack, integrated flow test tank, pneumatic test setup with armored chamber, hydraulic hand pumps, flow test tank, test setup with pressure regulator and hand valves, compressor, pneumatic-operated hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, pressure gauges, electronic weighing machines, DC power supply unit, spring load testing machine, spring compression and scragging machine, and hardness testing equipment for Shore hardness.
The test setup includes a hydro pump capable of testing valves up to 1300 bar hydraulic pressure. Test setups and test rigs for each and every type of valve and control system have been created in our test area to perform life-cycle tests, ensuring long-term operation and reliability of each type of valve.
We employ about 60 mechanical and technical staff. Our highly skilled, dedicated, and well-trained team is well versed in the field of designing and manufacturing components using the latest technology. Our design office consists of well-equipped, high-end desktop computer systems and laptops with the latest operating systems and CAD/CAM software installed.
